Why verification is used

Certain Younique Dermal products are restricted to suitably trained, qualified or authorised professionals. Verification helps us control access to those products and support responsible supply.

Information we may request

Depending on the product, we may ask for evidence such as professional qualifications, training certificates, registration information, prescribing arrangements, clinic or business details, identification or other documents reasonably needed to assess eligibility.

Review process

Verification is reviewed manually unless the website states otherwise. Approval of one document or order does not guarantee permanent access to every restricted product. We may ask for updated or additional information where documents expire, requirements change or an order needs further review.

If verification is not approved

If we cannot verify eligibility for a restricted product, we may place the affected order on hold, request more information, remove the restricted item, cancel the affected order or issue an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.

Document security

Verification documents are intended to be stored in protected areas of the system rather than made publicly accessible. Their use is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Professional responsibility

Verification by Younique Dermal is a supply-control measure. It does not replace the professional's own responsibility to work within their competence, insurance, prescribing arrangements, product instructions and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
